If so, you could be the Business Change Manager we’re looking for!

About the role

As our Business Change Manager, you’ll be responsible for the analysis, design and delivery of change management and adoption strategies for technology initiatives at the British Heart Foundation (BHF). 

You’ll analyse, create and implement change management plans that are tailored to the needs of projects and programmes, enabling the successful transition of those impacted to new ways of working and technology. 

Applying business change and adoption expertise to drive the utilisation of new technology and enable a positive experience of change for BHF staff, you’ll also ensure that business objectives and benefits are achieved.
Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract

This is a dual location role, with your working time split between your home and our London Office. This will allow us to unlock our best work for our cause, blending the best of home and office working.

About you

With a relevant qualification, e.g., Change Management Institute ACMF, APMG - Change Management, Prosci ADKAR or equivalent knowledge and application of change management and adoption models, you’ll have a strong understanding of business analysis, project management & organisational change techniques.

You’ll have experience leading on change management for technology initiatives as well as previous experience of developing and implementing behavioural change programmes, particularly in relation to new ways of working and adoption of new systems and processes.

Able to define problems, evaluate new concepts and ideas, and create solutions to enhance the project adoption aims and objectives, you’ll have excellent communication and team working skills, able to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business, quickly and with ease. 

You’ll have a proactive and positive can-do approach as well as a focus on the user perspective, working in an environment of mixed technical understanding.
