The opportunity
We're looking for an experienced and talented Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to join our ambitious digital team. You'll account manage digital marketing campaign planning for a multi-million pound portfolio of fundraising products, advising on media planning and buying and working closely with our paid media, email, content and product teams. 

You’ll have extensive experience in media planning and buying as well as an excellent understanding of how all channels work together as part of the multi-channel mix. You’ll open new territories for existing propositions, launch new products and be a source of digital strategic thinking throughout the business.

Line managing the Junior Strategist and Retail and Healthcare Innovation Strategists, you’ll work together to deliver coordinated and integrated, organisational-wide, media strategies and plans.  

About you

Qualified in a business, marketing, creative or related commercial discipline or significant equivalent industry experience you’ll have advanced knowledge of digital channels, media providers and integrated campaign planning.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge performance marketing tactics as well as an understanding of personalisation, marketing automation, A/B and multivariate testing.  You’ll also have previous integrated experience in advertising/marketing agency or a related area on B2C campaigns matched by a proven track record delivering effective campaigns and creative that resonates with target audiences

You’ll have excellent communication skills, able to develop strong working relationships with key colleagues and have previous experience creating and presenting strategy and creative concepts for new digital product propositions and motivating stakeholders at all levels.
