Our response to Covid-19

The Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak has meant that we have had to make some changes to our recruitment process. To protect our colleagues and candidates as much as possible we have moved our interview process online. The Recruitment team are working with both candidates and recruiting managers to support them through the online process and will provide tips and advice on preparing for a virtual interview.

  • For office based roles- all first and second stage interviews are being conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams.
  • For retail roles- all first interviews are being held virtually by phone or via Microsoft teams.
  • Second stage interviews for retail management positions will be held in store at a 2m distance with hand sanitizer readily available. To comply with the government guidelines we are asking all candidates who are attending a 2nd interview with us in store to wear a face covering upon arrival and when on the shop floor.
