The People and Organisational Development (POD) team plays a key role in delivering our people experience by creating a community of talented, ambitious people growing together to help achieve our vision of a world free from the fear of heart and circulatory diseases.
We support our people to live well and work well, to develop, collaborate and innovate. This is achieved via 6 key areas: Internal Communications, Talent & Organisation Development, Volunteering, Recruitment, Health and Safety and People Services.
