We are looking for a Store Manager Designate to join our retail field team covering stores across Lancashire and Cumbria.

About the role
 
Our Store Manager Designates provide support to stores within a specific area. Maximising sales and profits as well as supporting with the day to day running of the stores.
 
Covering stores across Lancashire and Cumbria, you will work closely with your Area Manager, Regional Support Manager, store colleagues and volunteers. You will gain insight in to different stores across the region and be involved in new store openings.
 
This is a great development role towards store management. You will receive full training and we will then look to appoint you in your own store once a position becomes available.
 
This position is for 35 hours, working five days out of seven.
 
About you
 
We are looking for someone with previous retail experience and confidence working in a fast paced environment. Motivated by the knowledge your hard work will make a life-saving difference, you’ll need to be proactive, driven and commercially aware. Leading by example, you will have the passion and leadership skills to motivate a team of staff and volunteers within the region that you’re covering.
