British Heart Foundation (BHF) is looking for a talented Change Specialist to join our vibrant Talent and Organisational Development team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful change, working on a truly transformational programme at BHF to maximise engagement and adoption, and embed sustainable change that will support us to achieve our mission.
In this role, you’ll work with teams across the organisation to plan and deliver change, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholder needs. You’ll help define the vision, assess impacts, and support the adoption of new technologies and ways of working. You’ll also coordinate training and communications, build change networks, and ensure a smooth handover into day-to-day operations.
About you
An experienced change management professional with a recognised qualification such as Prosci ADKAR, APMG Change Management, MSP Practitioner, or equivalent, you'll have a strong track record of supporting and leading change initiatives, particularly those involving technology.
To be successful in this role, you'll be able to:
- Apply a user-focused approach to solving complex business challenges, particularly in environments with varying levels of technical understanding
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of business analysis, project management, and behavioural change methodologies
- Design and implement programmes that support new ways of working
- Contribute effectively to cross-functional initiatives, bringing a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
- Leverage experience in project management and business analysis to drive meaningful and sustainable change
- Apply a proactive approach with a clear ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels
Working arrangements
Please note this is a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London Office. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.
