Essential benefits

Annual leave

We offer a generous annual leave allowance of 30 days, plus bank holidays. You also have the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave.

Family leave

We provide comprehensive family leave options, including enhanced maternity, paternity, shared parental leave, and adoption leave.

Support leave

We have a holistic offering under the Support Leave Policy, which provides 10 days of paid time off, plus an additional five days in times of extreme distress or uncertainty (e.g. bereavement, specialised appointments, caring for others.

Sick pay

All employees are eligible after successful completion of probation to be paid full pay for a maximum total of six weeks absence in any twelve-month period. This increases with service.
