Are you a Test Engineer with experience of providing quality assurance and testing services for digital systems?
We're recruiting for a Digital Test Engineer to work as part of British Heart Foundation’s (BHF) Digital Systems team and provide quality assurance and testing services for www.bhf.org.uk and other digital systems.
In this role you’ll perform and provide quality assurance services for BHF programmes in a fast paced Agile environment and will be involved in creating test plans, writing and executing manual/automated test scripts/cases and recording and documenting test results.
You’ll also be involved in setting-up and maintaining test artefacts for assigned programmes/projects whilst continually measuring and reporting testing progress.
Working arrangements
Please note this is a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.

About you
With an ISTQB or recognised equivalent certificate in Testing, you’ll have previous experience of working within large organisations to QA and Test large web delivery programmes and ‘business as usual’ agile sprints.
You’ll have previous experience in writing test plans and scripts to a high standard, and translating these into automated tests quickly and efficiently, as well as possessing excellent team building and communication skills, able to work as part of a test team and build strong working relationships with contacts across the whole business and external suppliers.
With experience of testing business application implementation projects, you’ll also have knowledge of Agile delivery.
You’ll be able to clearly articulate complex business and technical processes to a non-technical user group. An analytical thinker with good problem-solving skills, you'll be able to make clear and concise decisions.
