We have an exciting opportunity for a Functional Analyst to join our team and support the successful delivery of complex, strategic projects assigned to the Customer Platforms team.
Acting as the subject matter expert for CRM processes and change, you’ll support end to end project delivery, undertaking business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping and testing.
As we transition from our current CRM to a new system, you’ll have the self-motivation and drive to absorb new information quickly, using it to make well‑reasoned and informed decisions.
Working arrangements
Please note this is a 12-month fixed term contract, covering a secondment.
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London Office. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.
About you
Able to build good relationships with colleagues and be confident supporting them with CRM requirements you’ll have experience of working in a technical support and delivery function.
With knowledge of project management and delivery methodologies including Waterfall, Agile and Lean techniques, you’ll have a good understanding of CRM systems (Blackbaud Enterprise CRM, MS Dynamics, etc.) and will have previous knowledge of project management & delivery techniques in a busy and changing environment.
You’ll have excellent organisational and time management skills, able to manage a busy workload and deliver results to deadlines. With strong communication skills, both written and verbal, you’ll also have excellent influencing skills, able to manage conflict, motivate and inspire others.
