At BHF, our brand is one of our most valuable assets. As Senior Brand Executive, you'll play a key role in protecting, championing and embedding our brand across the charity, helping colleagues create communications that are consistent, compelling and unmistakably BHF.
Drawing on a strong understanding of BHF’s strategy, objectives, brand challenges and project priorities, you'll work with teams across the organisation to bring our visual identity, tone of voice and brand principles to life, ensuring ever interaction strengthens trust, engagement and impact.
Working collaboratively with Brand Manager you'll:
- Review and approve campaigns, copy, and creative assets, ensuring projects across the organisations aligns with brand guidelines and best practice.
- Champion BHF's brand, visual identity and tone of voice, providing expert advice and guidance across thorganisation.
Lead and develop our Brand Champions network, empowering colleagues to embed brand best practice and consistency across BHF.
- Work closely with internal teams, agencies and stakeholders to shape briefs, provide feedback and develop high-quality, integrated communications and creative solutions,
- Manage key brand tools, processes and resources, helping colleagues access and apply our brand effectively.
- Use insights and performance data to identify opportunities, improve brand effectiveness and share recommendations with stakeholders.
About you
Our ideal candidate will have experience of brand management, including approval across copy, creative work and agency outputs, combined with strong relationship-building and project management skills.
You'll bring:
- Experience working within a brand management, brand governance or communications environment, ideally for a large organisation or charity.
- Strong knowledge of brand management principles, visual identity, copywriting and integrated communications.
Strong experience reviewing and approving assets, constructively challenging work that does not align with brand guidelines, providing clear feedback and approving output.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities while working with stakeholders, agencies and creative teams.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to provide constructive challenge and build strong relationships at all levels.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, alongside exceptional organisation, attention to detail and a passion for great creative work.

Working arrangements
This is a fixed term contract until October 2027 covering a secondment.
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London Office. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.
